Families from any country are eligible to become permanent residents of the United States by investing in qualifying U.S. businesses through an approved Regional Center. Choosing the right EB-5 investment is one of the most important decisions you and your family will ever make. At IVY EB-5, we constantly scour the industry to find the best projects in the market to help you with your investment goals and your goal of obtaining a United States green card.

Successful EB-5 Projects Must Satisfy 2 Key Requirements of the EB-5 Program?

  1. New U.S. Jobs – Use the investor’s EB-5 investment funds to create or preserve at least ten full-time jobs for  American workers.
  2. “At Risk” Investment – The investment must be “at risk” (i.e. fully invested in the project) throughout the adjudication of the investor’s I-829 petition. Per U.S. law, the EB-5 investor cannot be offered any guaranteed return on (or of) capital nor  possess  any  redemption  rights  on  invested capital.

Our rigorous due diligence and multi-variant selection process identifies the best EB-5 investment offerings to solve the primary objectives any EB-5 investor must consider when choosing between the multitude of project options available:

  1. Dependable Job Creation – this is the primary determinant of whether you get your green card(s).
  2. Principal Protection – return of capital is important for any investor.
  3. Timely Return of Capital – the soonest capital can be returned is upon approval of your I-829.
